The Coupon Admin page displays all the coupons and template coupons in the store and provides the ability to add/edit/delete coupoins. When this Admin Page is 1st loaded nothing will displayed in the fields. You must load a record before it can be modified or deleted.

Tips:Coupons can also be imported in bulk from spread sheets (see coupon import tool).

General Description of how to operate this Admin pages

When adding a coupon the robot does the final step of creating a coupon number and issuing the coupon. The coupons will be e-mailed to the addresses entered into the IssuedTo and IssuedBy fields. When adding a coupon do not eneter a coupon number or check the Active & Issued check boxes. These boxes are controlled by the robot and set to true once the coupon is issued. If you check these boxes, the robot will not issue/e-mail the coupon.

Once new coupons are added (entered) into the system, the SendSafe robot will periodically check for new coupon request and process them resulting in new coupons being issued. The SendSafe robot will check (about every 10 minutes ) for coupons to be issued.

If for any reason a coupon cannot be issued, an error message will be e-mailed to the IssuedBy e-mail address.
